How to Enable Advanced Index
Learn how to activate Shelf's advanced asset index, which provides enhanced capabilities for interacting with asset data within the Shelf platform.
Advanced index gives you much more power to interact with your asset's data on Shelf. You can read all about this feature in the Advanced Asset Index Complete Guide.
How to enable advanced index
Step 1: Navigate to your assets index and locate the advanced (beta) button
The advanced mode button appears in the lower right corner of the assets index page.
Step 2: Accept the Beta Flag for Advanced mode
Click the button to accept the beta flag. There is no risk involved -- you can always toggle back to simple mode at any time without consequences.
Step 3: You're done
Once enabled, the advanced features become available for use. You can now explore the full functionality of the advanced asset index.
