Register to Shelf
Simply register to shelf. Each user starts with a personal workspace. Create a team workspace to take advantage of bookings.
Populate your inventory
Add each asset individually, use our batch uploader or buy unclaimed asset labels to stick to objects and then register.
Add team members
Add co-admins, non registered team members or read only members. Build your own workflow and logic.
Start booking equipment
If an asset is not under custody of a team member, it is available to book. Go ahead and reserve ahead of time!
Bookings is live for all team plan members from 25 January 2023.
